Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Row Level Security (RLS) ensures your data is completely isolated — no other user can access your charges, properties, or personal information.
Photos are stored in private encrypted cloud storage and are only accessible by you.
StayBill does not store your full payment credentials. Payment method identifiers (such as PayPal usernames and UPI IDs) are encrypted before storage. We never store credit card numbers, bank account numbers in plain text, or financial credentials.
Guest payments go directly to your payment accounts — StayBill never holds or processes guest payments on your behalf.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

StayBill is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

By downloading, installing, or using the StayBill mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
StayBill is a mobile application that helps short-term rental hosts create and send payment requests (charges) to guests for damage fees, late checkout fees, pet fees, and other extras. StayBill provides tools for invoice generation, photo evidence management, and AirCover claim package creation.
StayBill offers three plans: Free, Pro ($9/month), and Business ($19/month).
StayBill does not process guest payments. All payments between hosts and guests occur directly through third-party payment services (PayPal, Zelle, UPI, etc.). StayBill takes zero commission on guest payments.
StayBill is not responsible for disputes between hosts and guests regarding payments made through third-party services.
You agree not to use StayBill to:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into StayBill, including charge amounts, reasons, and evidence photos. StayBill does not verify the legitimacy of charges created by users.
StayBill's AirCover claim package feature is provided as a tool to help hosts organise documentation. StayBill makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any Airbnb Resolution Centre claim. Airbnb's decisions are entirely within Airbnb's discretion.
StayBill is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybernetix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@staybill.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of StayBill after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
